Happy first day of Spring goddesses!
This is my favourite season when all of the flowers are starting to bloom bringing new life, the days are a little warmer and there is a sweetness that fills the air reminding us that Summer is right around the corner.
Being a Virgo baby and celebrating my birthday this month too it’s also a time of transformation and renewal as I celebrate another trip around the Sun.
This month I will be once again setting myself the mini challenge of Self Love September which includes 30 days of self care. The last few weeks of Winter have been challenging to say the least being sick with a teething 10 month old. It really put things into perspective for me of why we need to take the time in Winter to stop and REST. To look after our bodies, slow down as we make the transition to the warmer seasons and start to become more interactive with the outer world again.
I will be focusing this month on launching my health coaching packages and sharing my passion and knowledge with you all. I am a big believer in the importance of self love and I will be using this month to really practice what I preach and will be sharing with you my moments of self love throughout September..
Spring is the time to fill your cup right up with love so that it is overflowing with all the energy from the things that light you up. For me some of those things are listening to music, indulging in a mini facial, going for a walk along the beach, enjoying a cup of tea, reading, angel cards and so many little things that fill me up to be the best version of myself.
When we learn to take care of ourselves first, the rest will fall into place. You can approach situations and challenges from a place of love, confidence and trust that you can handle anything. When we fill ourselves up with the things that we love, this unique energy radiates out to everyone we meet, reminding them of what it looks like to be living from a place of self love.
So I challenge you this month to do something every day, it can be just 5-10 minutes. However long you have, make the commitment to yourself that you deserve it. Do the things you love to do, that make you feel good for no other reason other than they light up your soul!
When you show up in the world from a place of love, that’s when big shifts really start to take place. The first step is making a list of all the things that fill you up and nourish you. Each day pick at least one thing from the list.
